Refund policy

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@demoi.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5343 Dundas Street West, Partial 6th Floor, Suite 601, Toronto, ON M9B 6H8

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

·       Personal care, cosmetic, skincare, or hygiene products

·       Sale or clearance items

·       Gift cards

·       Custom or personalized items

·       Perishable goods

·       Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at admin@bighanitrading.com as soon as possible with supporting details (including photos where applicable). We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Hygiene & Safety Products (Final Sale)

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all personal care, cosmetic, skincare, beauty, or hygiene-related products are FINAL SALE.

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened, used, tested, or tampered with, except where required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws or where the item is defective upon delivery.

Customers are strongly encouraged to conduct patch testing where applicable before full use. Bighani Trading Inc. is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Bighani Trading Inc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@demoi.ca

 

Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
